Our approach to nutrition is simple, delicious food
beautifully presented, that feeds the body, mind and soul.
Our expert nutritionist has designed a retreat menu with a

focus on non-processed food, gorgeous organic greens grown on island and freshly caught fish and seafood. You will feel energised and inspired to continue to eat in this way long after your retreat.
