Nutrition made simple & delicious with our experts

Nutrition is a keystone of wellness and here at Silver Linings we have worked to ensure that we work alongside experts in this field to develop our food philosophy and that we also work closely with the talented chefs and kitchen teams at all of our homes to ensure this is delivered on retreat to give maximum results for you the client.
Our approach to nutrition is simple; delicious food, beautifully presented that feeds the body, mind and soul. On our Signature retreat the body will need really nourishing food to ensure a real transformation. We ensure that all the food served on our retreat is of the highest possible calibre with a focus on: non-processed foods, gorgeous organic vegetables, freshly caught fish and seafood, low in sugar and fructose, accompanied by only complex carbohydrates and ensuring plenty of flavour and variety.
We are thrilled to be able to introduce the latest ‘expert’ joining us at Silver Linings. Clarissa Lenherr is a nutritionist with a brilliantly balanced approach to nutrition that we felt was hugely aligned with our SLT philosophy. She will be shaping all of our 2019 retreat menus as well as working with each of our clients pre- and post-retreat as needed.
