Our expert nutritionist has designed a retreat menu with a focus on non-processed food, gorgeous organic greens grown on the home farm and freshly caught fish and seafood. You will feel energised and inspired to continue to eat in this way long after your retreat.

Tallulah Rendall is a Qi Gong Teacher, Sound Therapist, Creative Facilitator and Songstress empowering people to lead happier, healthier and more embodied lives.

The Qi Gong Tallullah offers is a combination of forms and practices embodied from: her Qi Gong Teacher Training with the Bristol School Of Shiatsu combined with over 10 years of practising with Hua Ging Teacher Daveric Legget, plus her studies with master Zhixing Wang, Burgs, Master Ken Cohen, amongst others.

Massage Therapist

Raquel is a body therapist with over 20 years of experience in the wellbeing industry. She specialised on Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Natural Face Lift, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Reiki, Mindfulness & Guided Relaxation.
Curious by nature, she never stopped learning. Being a meditator since her 20s and knowing that the mind plays an important role in our ability to relax, she went on to qualify as Mindfulness & Wellbeing Teacher and is currently taking a MA in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy.
She has been working for many years with Home Visits, SPAs and Hotels in London. Passionate about helping people to feel good and unwind, she incorporates all her skills to tailor the massage to suit your needs. You will be taken to a journey of bliss and deep relaxation with calming music, nourishing massage oil and your choice of aromatherapy blend.
